What happens to your data
Your pitches, notes and lists belong to your workspace. Here is who can see them and how to remove them.
How to do it
- To see who can open your work, open Settings, then Team. Only the people listed there can.
- To see what the studio keeps in your browser, press Cookies at the foot of any page.
- To remove a company you recorded by mistake, open it from Outcomes and press Remove this record.
- To remove everything, the owner opens Settings, then Profile, and uses Delete workspace in the Danger zone. There is no undo.
Good to know
- Nothing is deleted on its own. Your work stays until someone in your workspace deletes it.
- Prospektor staff see counts and dates about your workspace, never your pitches. Support chats and feature requests you send are read by the team.
- What you record about your deals shapes what Prospektor writes, and is never quoted in an email it drafts.
