Your content
Your brief, your notes, your edits and the material the studio drafts for you are yours. We don't claim ownership of them, and we don't use one client's material to serve another.
Two things happen inside your own workspace that are worth knowing:
- Drafts your team edits may be kept as brand-voice examples, so that later runs sound like you.
- Those examples outlive the pitch they came from — deleting the pitch doesn't delete them.
We need your permission to store and process your content in order to run the service at all. That's the whole of the licence we take, and it ends when the data goes.
Support and feedback work the same way, and it is worth saying plainly. The support chat is answered by AI, and each conversation is saved to your workspace so you can pick it up again. We read them — support conversations, feature requests and feedback notes alike, including exporting the questions asked — to work out what to fix and what to build. They are deleted with your workspace like everything else in it. What reaches which provider is in the privacy policy.
