Billing, pausing and cancelling
Pause for a quiet quarter and keep everything, or cancel in Stripe. The workspace owner does both from Settings.
How to do it
- Open Settings, then Plan. Only the person who owns the workspace can use it.
- To cancel, change your card or download invoices, press Manage billing in Stripe. Cancelling happens on Stripe's page.
- To stop the bill and keep everything, press Pause the subscription.
- To come back after a pause, press Resume the subscription on the screen you see when you sign in. To cancel from there instead, open Or cancel it outright and press Manage billing in Stripe.
Good to know
- The subscription is $999 a month per workspace, paid through Stripe. Prospektor never holds your card details.
- Cancelling does not delete your work, and deleting the workspace does not cancel the bill.
- Refunds and billing questions are answered by a person over email.
- If an agency set up your workspace, ask them. The Plan page says so.
