Share this pitch on a finished pitch's Summary sends the whole thing; Share on a single deliverable's tab sends just that document. Either mints a short /p/<token> link.
- A full share carries the whole run — fit score, signals, decision-makers, lookalikes, every deliverable — styled with your workspace's stylesheet. That is your prospecting on a named company: forwarding the link outside your team hands it over.
- Narrowing a share to one deliverable sends the document and none of the research.
- The recipient meets a gate first: who sent it, what company it is about, and a sign-up. The content is not in the page until an account exists. Any signed-in account can read it — but a share grants sight of one pitch, never entry to your workspace.
- Shared links lists every link the team has sent, who opened it and when. Revoke is one click and works immediately, including for someone who already read it. A link is yours to revoke if you minted it; pulling a colleague's link needs the owner or admin role, because it goes dead in the recipient's hands and nothing tells the person who sent it. (See Workspace settings for what the roles are.)
- If the workspace is paused, every link it has sent pauses with it. Anyone opening one is told it is temporarily unavailable — not that it was taken back, and nothing about why. No work, no research and no stylesheet is served while the workspace is locked, and every link that was not revoked comes back the moment the workspace does. Revoking still works from the locked screen's side of the wall — a paused link is not a dead one, and killing it for good is the one thing a locked workspace still lets you do.
- A share link is not findable in search. The gate already kept the work itself out of the page until an account exists, and the studio now tells search engines to keep the whole of
studio.prospektor.ai— the gate included — out of their index. A link is private because you only sent it to the people you sent it to; nothing puts it in front of anyone else. - Speaker notes, compliance findings and the research log never travel on a share.
