A saved edit is a lesson. Fix one sentence you would never send, save it, and every later pitch is written with that in mind.
- Open a pitch in the Library and press Edit on any deliverable.
- Change the one line that is not you. Leave the rest.
- Save. The studio keeps the before and the after as a voice record.
Eight of those and the pitches stop needing the edit.
