Know who to chase this week
One list of the companies you pitched that went quiet, most pressing first, each with the follow-up written in your voice.
How to do it
- On Home, press Who to chase this week.
- Read each line: the company, and why it is on the list now.
- Press Write the messages. Within a minute each company has its follow-up.
- Open a message, press Copy and send it from your own mail.
- Press a company's name to record what happened. It leaves the list until it goes quiet again.
Good to know
- A company you spoke to in the last few days is not on the list.
- A date still ahead keeps a company off. Say "the next call is 14 October" in a note and it waits until then.
- Something you owe that is overdue goes to the top.
- Every message follows the rules you set under How you write. Nothing is sent for you. Press Write the messages many times in one day and it asks you to come back tomorrow.
